Copyright on the ICBUW website

We welcome the use of any text written by ICBUW, particularly when used to raise awareness of uranium weapons. However we require that you fully source any material used from the site. If the author is not specified please credit it to ICBUW. Please also include a credit link to www.bandepleteduranium.org

If the material is published, please send a copy of the final version or the publication in which it appeared to us at the contact details found on the contacts page.

Graphics photos

Graphics and photos on the ICBUW website are generally free for use by ICBUW members and others working in support of the ban on uranium weapons. However we do request that members seek permission with an example of the context in which they plan to use the images in question. We have hi-resolution versions of all images and graphics and can provide these for printed documents.

The copyright on some images used in our materials belong to external photographers, we can try and arrange permissions for you. To request information on a specific image please contact the office via the contact page.

Fair use on copyrighted material
