International Conference to Ban Uranium Weapons in the European Parliament in Brussels, June 2005 23 March 2005
The International Coalition to Ban Uranium Weapons (ICBUW) will organise an international conference in the building of the European Parliament in Brussels, on 23 and 24 June 2005. On November 6, 2004, ICBUW Netherlands organised an expert debate on uranium weapons at the Asser Institute, The Hague, featuring Dr. Keith Baverstock (former Head of the WHO Radiation Protection Division) and Dr. Manfred Mohr (EU Affairs Officer, Red Cross Germany, Founding Member of IALANA).

The 3rd ICBUW International Conference was held in Hiroshima, between August 3rd-6th. More than 1000 participants, including more than 40 people from 12 different countries and many more from all over Japan, attended the proceedings.28 September 2006 - ICBUW
