Finland: protest against depleted uranium outside parliament 6/11

Women for Peace Finland, together with Uraaniaseet kieltoon ry will be protesting outside the Finnish parliament in Helsink on Wednesday 6th November.

Photo from yesterday's protest outside the Finnish parliament. Women for Peace Finland and Uraaniaseet kieltoon ry also sent a letter to all parliamentarians outlining their concerns over DU munitions.

Parliament is located in the centre of Helsinki, along the street Mannerheimintie, across the street from Kiasma, the museum of modern art. Parliament house is only a few minute walk from the central Railway station, and trams 3 B, 3 T, 4, 7 A, 7 B and 10 stop by Parliament House. The Kamppi central bus station is also only a few minutes away from the Parliament.
